INGREDIENTS

1 Bag of Original Mini Potato Cakes 750g

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon Ground

3 teaspoons of Caster Sugar

EQUIPMENT

Air Fryer

Small Cake cutter

Chopping board

METHOD

1. Cook your mini potato cakes as per pack instruction.

2. Once cooked place on chopping board and using your Mini Cutter to cut out the centre of the mini potato cake.

3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a larger bowl.

3. Place the mini donut and centres (aka Potato Cake) into a bowl

4. Toss the mini donut until cover

5. Consume while warm
