INGREDIENTS
1 Bag of Why Meat Original – Mini Potato Cakes/Scallops 750g (Freezer Section at Coles)
1 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon Ground
4 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
EQUIPMENT
Air Fryer
Small Cookie Cutter
Chopping Board
Mixing Bowl
METHOD
1. Cook your mini potato cakes/scallops as per pack instruction.
2. Once cooked place on chopping board and using your mini cutter to cut out the centre of the mini potato cake/scallop.
3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a larger mixing bowl.
3. Place the mini donut and mini balls (aka Potato Cake/scallops) into a bowl
4. Toss the mini donut/balls until covered
5. Consume while warm
