Research reveals that Aussies love their potatoes, in fact over three quarters (87%) of Australian households purchase potatoes, buying an average of 1.7kg per shopping trip.1

This begs the question, who do we have to thank for producing our spud-taculer superfood? Potatoes are largely produced in Tasmania (31%) and South Australia (30%) earning them the title of best spuddies.1
