Ingredients – Serves 2

4 washed potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Moroccan spice mix

Himalayan salt to taste

Green Salad (Optional)


1 Preheat oven to 200

2 Wash & dry potatoes, cut in quarters and cut each quarter in half (8 wedges per potato)

3 Combine potatoes, olive oil, Moroccan spice and Himalayan salt together and mix in a bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Arrange wedges skin down on a tray lined with baking paper then bake in oven for 60 minutes or until golden
