Ingredients

2 cups of Oat Milk

1 ½ Tablespoons of Brown Sugar

¼ teaspoon Nutmeg Powder

¼ teaspoon Ginger Powder

1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

½ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

Dairy-Free Ice Cream (Plantitude Vanilla Bean)

Optional Rum or Whiskey

Method

  1. In a blender add Oat Milk, sugar, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  2. Blend until well combined.
  3. Remove ½ the oat milk mixture and add ½ dairy free ice cream.
  4. OPTIONAL YOU CAN ADD THE RUM OR WHISKEY
  5. Blend until well combined
  6. Serve in you favourite glass and sprinkle with Cinnamon on top.
